This course focuses on applying nursing concepts to help health care professionals transition into the role of registered nurse. Emphasis is placed on evidence-based clinical decision-making and nursing concepts within a family and community context for various health alterations throughout the lifespan.
Prerequisites
MTH 100 or higher, BIO 201, ENG 101, PSY 210, BIO 202, SPH 106 or SPH 107 with a grade of “C” or better.
