This course provides foundational knowledge of nursing concepts and clinical decision-making essential for delivering evidence-based nursing care. The content covers, but is not limited to, coordinator/manager of care, perfusion, oxygenation, infection, inflammation, tissue integrity, nutrition, elimination, mobility/immobility, cellular regulation, acid/base balance, and fluid/electrolyte balance.
Prerequisites
NUR 112 with a grade of “C” or better.
