This course provides foundational knowledge of nursing concepts and clinical decision-making to deliver evidence-based nursing care. The content includes, but is not limited to, care coordination/management, sexuality, reproduction and childbearing, infection, inflammation, sensory perception, perfusion, cellular regulation, mood disorders and affect, renal fluid/electrolyte balance, and medical emergencies.

Prerequisites

NUR 112 and NUR 113 with a grade of ā€œCā€ or better.

Corequisites

NUR 115, SPH1 06 or SPH 107 with a grade or better.
