The Short Certificate in Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT) equips students with the advanced specialized skills needed for immediate employment, career advancement, or progression toward the Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Fire Science.
The certificate can be completed in one semester, and all coursework applies toward the A.A.S. in Fire Science.
Courses are eligible for dual enrollment upon approval by CVCC.
