Certification of Enrollment

For students who possess VA educational benefits within the GI Bill® program, a certification of enrollment will be submitted electronically each semester by a SCO in the Financial Aid Office located in Wilson Hall. Students will receive an email notification of any change in enrollment status. The certification of enrollment is also called “VA Form 22-1999.” To ensure timely completion of certifications of enrollment, students should complete the VA Certification Request at cv.edu under Student Resources then Student Forms whenever a change to their schedules are made.

Certifications will be submitted only for those courses required for the student’s declared program of study. Audited and (Out of Degree Plan) ODP courses may not be certified for enrollment. Repeated courses can be certified if the course is still required for degree plan and has not been successfully completed previously. Students should note the beginning and ending dates on class schedule. These dates will be reported to the VA for enrollment times.
